Processing Time
- Premade Items: Shipped within up to 5 business days.
- Made-To-Order Items (personalized, custom, certain 14kt designs): Shipped within up to 15 business days. Please note that Business Days are from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends).
- If your order contains a combination of premade and made-to-order items, we will ship it out only after all items in the order are complete.
Shipping Time
- Within the U.S.: Delivery within up to 7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery within up to 14 business days.

RETURN POLICY
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Exception: For 14kt solid gold nose jewelry, we allow alterations within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email statementgold@gmail.com with your requests.
